    We experienced some disorganization at meal times, especially after a large group arrived, which disrupted the excellent service we initially had. The inconsistent portion sizes at dinner were disappointing, and while the food was amazing, it would have been better if the restaurant offered side dishes. The bathroom's slatted design allowed insects and frogs to enter, unsettling.

    Overlooking the lake, the paddy dwelling pool provided a serene escape. The cooking class was a fantastic experience. Sadly, the road leading to the resort needs better management, making for a bumpy arrival.

    The location of the venue is beautiful and excellent, right by a beautiful lake which the restaurant overlooks, and a romantic getaway. The breakfasts is generous and excellent with a wide range of food. All in all they offer FIRST-CLASS service.

    No bad experiences as such, we found the a.c a little noisy but this may have been also due to the position of the unit

    Jetwing vil uyana is an amazin place for families! We had so much fun in the paddy dwelling pool, it was super comfy and was like living in nature. The staff are so warm and cute. Kids loved the nature walks and seeing the wildlife, like peacocks and crocs! The food was delicious, especially the local dishes, big thumbs up!

    BBeautiful setting and villa friendly reception great nature and nicely laid out common areas space and light in the rooms.

    Slow service in restaurant and long waits for golf carts. Layout of resort relies on them so bit annoying. Especially when entertaining friends. Steak and coffee both served too hot and spilled on me a little. Attention to these details is expected in a hotel in this price range.

    The location and wild life are stunning. The individual villas are very private.

    Thee journey here is quite long so be prepared. It does not feel like a 5 star hotel especially owing to the rather mediocre food and restaurant atmosphere . Overall it is very expensive for what itnis.

    The sounds of nature helped me and my husband unwind. Our paddy dwelling with pool was perfect. The staff were charming. I also loved the array of therapies at the ayu spa for some rejuvenation.

    The location on the jungle, the lobby on the water, stylish rooms. Wine celler and food are nice. Beautiful decorated.

    We got a standard room very breautifu but facing a road and guards. After asking the manager to cancel our booking and get the buggy to leave they upgrade us to a better room.

    the location is breath taking... i forget all the life stress

    it is not a children friendly hotel, not safe for children below 15, especially with crocodile belwo your feets,,, i hated the delay in pickups while the sun is hot and i have my child, very weak wifi signal in the rooms, i paid 360 USD and there was no fruite basket!!!
